I had a wonderful experience thanks to our waitress Karen She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our meal. She made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down and was always available without being intrusive. She remembered all our orders perfectly, gave great recommendations, and had a warm smile the whole time. Her positive attitude truly enhanced our dining experience.

This place is so good! The service is fabulous, Anna was cheerful and so dang efficient! The FOOD is outstanding. Get the grits! Even if you think you don’t like them! Delicious!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Flying Biscuit, and that was largely thanks to our amazing server, Reese. From the moment we were seated, Reese made us feel right at home with a warm welcome and an upbeat, friendly attitude. She was very knowledgeable about the menu, and gave great recommendations that turned out to be spot-on (the grits and biscuits were next-level!). Reese managed our table with ease, even when things got busy, and always had a smile. It’s rare to find someone who can balance efficiency with genuine hospitality, but Reese nailed it. I don’t normally take the time to leave reviews, but good hospitality is hard to find these days (and her service truly elevated our brunch!). We’ll definitely be back—hopefully with Reese as our server again!

Every dish is an experience for the taste buds. I have yet to try anything that didn't absolutely delight me. You want savory? They got it. You want sweet? They got it. Perfect place for breakfast, brunch, or lunch. Sarah took excellent care of me on my latest visit.

My son and I come here frequently and love the food. The staff is always pleasant, especially Reese. Her friendly smile has welcomed us many times. I highly recommend Flying Biscuit for anyone wanting the best breakfast in town!

The best French toast I have ever eaten! Mimosa flight was delish great conversation with the bartender whose boyfriend’s parents I went to school with! Small world! Highly recommend! Very cute place!! Can’t wait to go back :) ...

If you're lucky enough to have Karen as your waiter, you're in for an exceptional dining experience. Karen is the definition of professional, personable, and proactive. From the moment we were seated, she made us feel welcome and completely taken care of. Her attention to detail is unmatched—she remembered every order without writing it down, gave spot-on menu recommendations, and checked in just the right amount without being intrusive.
